On January 1, 2015, I stepped on the scale in our bathroom and realized I had gained 30 extra pounds over the past few years. I had recently heard about the program Whole 30, and decided I needed to get healthy. I followed the program almost flawlessly, (momma needs her wine). The weight came off and I have begun to follow the program more loosely.
I have started compiling my favorite, clean eating recipes from a variety of sources and would like to share them with you!
